With over a decade of experience in auditing, consulting, investigations, and advisory work, Eli has driven meaningful improvements across diverse fields, including budget & finance, human resources, procurement, information technology, health & human services, and public safety.
Recognized for his strategic insights and collaborative approach, Eli's work has earned accolades from esteemed organizations such as the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA), the National State Auditors Association (NSAA), and the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers, and Treasurers (NASACT).
Committed to excellence, Eli ensures audits are conducted with the independence, objectivity, and quality required to meet rigorous professional auditing standards. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound. A certified Government Auditing Professional, Eli has also served as President and Vice President of the Salem Chapter of the IIA.
Outside of work, Eli spends time with his wife, son, and dog. Most weekends you can find him cross-country or downhill skiing in the beautiful Oregon cascades.
