Jessie Kuzmin is the Founder and CEO of Port Management Group, bringing decades of maritime and logistics expertise to help small, independent ports optimize their operations. With a career spanning port engineering, vessel engineering, and workforce development, Jessie has established himself as a trusted leader in the maritime industry.

Throughout his career, Jessie has been instrumental in advancing operational efficiency and safety at various ports across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. He has spearheaded significant projects, including the implementation of innovative systems to streamline operations and improve compliance. Jessie’s leadership extends to large-scale infrastructure projects, such as upgrading electrical systems for piers and overseeing large vessel construction projects.

At Port Management Group, Jessie is focused on empowering small ports by centralizing resources, fostering collaboration, and providing tailored solutions for financial, maintenance, and operational challenges.
